The Thing About Georgie

Georgie believes everyone has a “thing”—something that makes them unique. His “thing” is being a little person, and the story follows him as he deals with:

• A best friend who may be drifting away

• A school project with his longtime bully, Jeanie

• A new baby on the way who will soon be taller than him

• The challenge of figuring out who he is and what makes him special

Reviews describe it as warm, humorous, and sensitive, offering a thoughtful look at what it means to be different
